1.Who we are
Tokime Partners is the creator program of Tokime, operated by Mornhouse LTD (Paphos, Cyprus), the developer of the Tokime app. This policy covers the partner website and dashboard at tokimepartners.com. The Tokime app has its own privacy policy at tokimedrama.com/privacy.
2.What we collect from partners
Your account details (name, email, password stored only as a secure hash), the social accounts, niches and audience size you tell us about, your partner code, the content of messages and pitches you send us, and — once you reach payouts — your payout method and the legal name on your tax form. Your taxpayer identification number (SSN or EIN) and address from the W-9 are stored encrypted and are accessible only to our finance team, to prepare required tax forms.
3.What we collect about viewers
When someone uses your code or link, we receive an anonymous app user ID, the time, an approximate region and the revenue events needed to calculate your share. You only ever see anonymized statistics — never viewers’ names, emails or devices. Clicks on partner links are stored with salted hashes of IP address and browser, not the raw values.
4.Why we use it
To run the program: review applications, attribute viewers, calculate and pay your share, prevent fraud and abuse, keep your account secure, answer your questions and send you service emails about approvals, payouts and security. With your consent, we may also send you program news; you can unsubscribe any time.
5.Legal bases
Performance of our agreement with you (running the program), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the program), legal obligations (tax and accounting records) and, where needed, your consent.
8.Retention
Account data is kept while your account is open. Payout and tax records are kept for as long as accounting and tax laws require (usually up to 7 years). Fraud-prevention records may be kept longer where necessary.
9.Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to certain uses and withdraw consent. Some records (payouts, tax) must be kept by law. Write to [email protected] — we answer within 30 days.
10.Security
Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, payouts require additional verification and access to partner data is limited to the team that needs it.
11.Children
The partner program is for people aged 18 and over.
12.Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll tell you by email or in your dashboard before the change takes effect.
