Partner Terms

The rules of the Tokime creator program in plain English. By joining you agree to them.

Last updated October 29, 2026

  1. 1.Your share

A share of attributable net revenue — the amount Tokime’s app reports to the program for each qualifying purchase, subscription or ad, as determined by Tokime under its internal revenue-allocation policies, after app-store fees, taxes and refunds (chargebacks and invalid traffic excluded), from every qualified user attributed to you — subscriptions, coin purchases and ad revenue — for as long as they spend and your account is in good standing. It starts at 30% and grows with your lifetime paying viewers: 35% at 25, 40% at 100, 45% at 400, 50% at 1,500. Each level applies to all your users and never goes down. Launch Booster: 50% for your first 30 days. Founding Partners (first 100): 50% for life.

  2. 2.Clipper program

If you join as a clipper (the “Clipper” offer), your share is a fixed 30% for life — the levels above, the Launch Booster and Founding seats don’t apply. View bonus: $1.00 per 1,000 verified views. Tokime may set a personal rate for an account; any change applies to new views from then on. We pay for every verified view of a qualifying post for as long as it stays public; we read views from the platform and may reject posts with invalid or bought views or misleading titles. You may post the ready clips and full episodes from your Library as they are, or make your own edits from them (cuts, remixes, voice-overs, reactions, compilations). The one requirement: every video must show the Tokime badge with your code (from your Library — downloads include it, and the badge overlay is in each series’ Materials) on screen for its whole length, uncropped and unobscured; posts where we can’t detect the badge, or that aren’t from a page you added in your dashboard, don’t qualify for a view bonus. We recommend keeping your code in the caption. Your pages: a page counts once your code appears in its bio at least once (your tracked bio link does this), which confirms the page is yours; one page can belong to one clipper only, and only videos posted after you joined count. Traffic quality: your clips must bring at least the minimum number of viewers who join Tokime with your code or link per 1,000 verified views that Tokime sets for your rate (shown in your dashboard; it scales with your rate). We measure it automatically once you have enough verified views (currently 50,000), over the last 30 days when there are enough views there, otherwise over all time. Once there’s enough data, we also compare what the viewers you brought spend in Tokime with the view bonuses we paid you; if that stays too low, the same hold, notice and closure rules apply. View bonuses follow the 14-day hold and are released once your traffic meets the minimum; until then, and while you are below it, they stay on hold. If you fall below the minimum we tell you in your dashboard and by email and give you 14 days to get back above it; if you don’t — or if your conversion is near zero, or a post’s views come with almost no likes or comments (signs of bought or botted views) — we may hold that money and close your account. On closure, view bonuses still on hold are forfeited, an available balance that has reached the $100 payout minimum is paid out, smaller balances are not paid, and your share for viewers already linked to you ends. Videos showing another clipper’s code don’t qualify. One person — one clipper account: accounts sharing payout details are reviewed before payout, and opening a new account after a closure is not allowed. After your traffic check (below) has passed, your 30% share of what your viewers spend is not held under this rule.

  3. 3.Clipper traffic check

We pay honest traffic only. Every new clipper account starts with a traffic check covering its first 100,000 verified views and at least 30 days from its first counted view. During the check, all your earnings — view bonuses and your 30% share — stay on hold and can’t be withdrawn, and the view bonus is counted up to 100,000 verified views (views above that are counted once you pass). When the check ends, Tokime reviews your traffic: whether viewers join with your code or link and keep using the app, whether what they spend covers the view bonus, the share of refunds and chargebacks, and signs of bought, botted or incentivized views. If it passes, everything held is released after the usual 14-day hold and payouts unlock; your traffic keeps being reviewed under the Clipper program rules. If it doesn’t — or if we see clear signs of bought views at any point during the check — your account is closed and all earnings held during the check, including your 30% share, are forfeited. Your dashboard always shows where your check stands and what’s on hold.

  4. 4.Attribution

A user is yours when they enter your code within 7 days of installing, or open your link before installing. First code wins and can’t be changed. Only new users on genuine devices count. Your own accounts and devices, and people in your household, never count.

  5. 5.Payouts

14-day hold for refunds, then earnings become available. Withdraw from $100 via PayPal, Venmo, US bank transfer (ACH), Payoneer or crypto (USDC). Clippers are paid on the 1st and 15th via USDT or USDC, PayPal or Payoneer. Ad revenue is paid after the ad network closes the month. New accounts may have payout limits while trust builds; amounts above the limit are reviewed, not refused.

  6. 6.Refunds & clawbacks

If a purchase is refunded or charged back — even after you’ve been paid, up to 120 days later — that amount is deducted from your future earnings (your balance can go negative). If earnings came from banned activity, we can void them and ask for paid amounts back.

  7. 7.Account security

Two-factor authentication is required before your first payout. New payout details are confirmed by email and paid out after a 7-day pause. One person (one tax ID) = one partner account.

  8. 8.Story Studio

You can pitch story ideas in the weekly contest. Pitch only ideas you own. Pitches are not confidential, and Tokime may already be developing similar stories independently. Selection is at Tokime’s discretion. If your idea is selected, a separate production agreement sets out rights, credits and your bonus of +15% on top of your share on what your viewers spend on that series (no one-off payments); if it isn’t, the idea stays yours.

  9. 9.Tournaments

Prize tournaments run under their own official rules. They’re ranked on matured net revenue from qualified users, and prizes are paid after review. Tokime may disqualify entries that break these terms.

  10. 10.Payout statements

You agree that Tokime issues a payout statement (a self-billed invoice) on your behalf for every payout, and that you won’t issue your own invoices for the same amounts. Statements are emailed to you and stay downloadable in your cabinet. Payouts are made by Mornhouse LTD (Cyprus) in US dollars.

  11. 11.Taxes

You’re an independent creator, not an employee. Creators provide a W-9 before their first payout; clippers don’t need to file tax forms with us. Either way, you’re responsible for your own taxes. We send year-end tax forms where required.

  12. 12.Honest promotion

You’re responsible for following the advertising laws and platform rules where you post. Don’t promise viewers earnings or anything the app doesn’t offer, and keep titles true to the video.

  13. 13.Not allowed

Using your own code or accounts (or your household’s); multiple partner accounts; bots and emulators; devices or device farms used to fake installs, code entries, views or engagement (real phones you use to manage and post to your own pages are fine); paid, rewarded or incentivized installs or code entries; sharing your commission with viewers (“use my code and I’ll pay you back”); coupon and deal sites, browser extensions; bidding on “Tokime” in Apple Search Ads, Google or Bing; cookie stuffing or tampering with links or clipboards; spam and fake reviews; targeting children.

  14. 14.Reviews & termination

We may pause earnings and payouts while we look into unusual activity, and ask about your traffic sources and ads. Breaking these terms can end your account, and earnings connected to the violation are forfeited. Without a violation, earnings that have matured are always paid out.

  15. 15.Content & brand

You can use the Marketing Kit (trailers, moments, posters, logos) to promote Tokime. Don’t edit them in misleading ways, use them for anything else, or register domains or accounts with “Tokime” in the name.

  16. 16.Lifetime & leaving

Lifetime means lifetime: your share for viewers already linked to you never goes down while your account is in good standing. If we ever change terms, it only affects viewers who join after a 30-day notice. You can leave anytime: if you close your account yourself, earnings that are available are still paid out, even below the $100 minimum. If Tokime closes an account under “Not allowed”, “Reviews & termination” or the clipper traffic-quality rules, those sections decide what is paid instead.

  17. 17.Privacy

You see anonymized stats only — never viewers’ personal data. We keep your data private as described in the Privacy Policy.
